Google Pixel
"Represents"
To celebrate Hip Hop 50 and highlight Real Tone on the Pixel 7 device, Mass Appeal partnered with Google Pixel to develop “RePresents,” a content series featuring five emerging female MC’s of the rap game. Each artist reimagined a classic Hip Hop track and recreated album artwork using Pixel’s Real Tone to salute the next wave of
female talent whose voices continue to push the culture forward.
Through each story, we showcased the Pixel’s Real Tone and its commitment for a more inclusive experience, while giving the culture its flowers.
The campaign was awarded two Webby Awards in Advertising for Best Media Strategy, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging.

Each drop of the Pixtape featured voice overs from two of the genre’s most influential female radio personalities, Angie “The Voice of New York” Martinez, and DJ Diamond Kutz, the first and only female to have a slot on a Philly radio station.
